Financial Advisor – Capstone Investment Financial Group | Full-Time | On-Site

Pay: $50,000 – $65,000 per year (plus bonus/incentives)
Location: Denver Tech Center with occasional travel to Colorado Springs

Capstone Investment Financial Group, an independent RIA, is seeking a motivated Financial Advisor (Series 65 required) to join our Denver Tech Center team.

What You’ll Do

• Serve a select group of existing clients with financial planning, investment management, and ongoing service.
• Proactively grow your own book of business through referrals, networking, and outreach.
• Partner with our team on planning strategies, portfolio reviews, and client communications.
• Meet clients in person at our DTC office, with 20% travel to Colorado Springs for meetings, training, and events.
• Use planning tools and CRM systems to build financial plans and document activity.
• Conduct trading for clients (equities and fixed income).

What We’re Looking For:

• Series 65 license or 7 & 66 (required)
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field preferred
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the discipline to build/manage a client base

Work Schedule

• Office hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
• Must be able to work an extended schedule as business needs require

Conditions of Employment (Required)

• Must be willing and able to submit to a pre-screening process and pass a background check
• Ability and willingness to travel 20% to Colorado Springs
• Flexibility to work an extended schedule when needed
