Hillary came to Capstone as an advisor to help people work toward their financial goals so they can concentrate on personal goals that give them meaning. As an advisor, Hillary enjoys working with clients to identify what they want in life and purpose to develop a plan of action. Hillary’s formal education at the University of Colorado at Colorado Springs earned her both a Bachelor of Arts in History and Master of Arts in Curriculum and Instruction. Both of these areas of study helped her develop the skill of working with people toward meaningful goals.
Hillary’s background includes many years as a high school social studies teacher. During that time she developed a love for assisting people both personally and financially. In 2015 Hillary took her first steps into financial services by getting her General Securities 7 license. She is now happy to serve as a fiduciary through Capstone’s Registered Investment Advisory.
Hillary is active in her community. She is founder and past board member of the Women’s Mountain Biking Association of Colorado Springs and current board president of the Rocky Mountain Women’s Film Institute. In her spare time she enjoys the outdoors mostly by mountain bike, cooking, reading, and watching great films.
